The New Nomad Institute is a research & action institute dedicated to reintegrating the enduring wisdom of nomadic societies to tackle global challenges, including climate change and unchecked AI.

We aim to collaborate with leading researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in Mongolia and around the world.
Education
At the New Nomad Institute, we see education as a driver of lasting, profound change. We aim to engage learning in both formal and informal educational environments to impact culture and decision-making.
Our pilot educational project, The Knowmadic Arts Lab, offers a week-long multimodal educational initiative built on the frameworks of liberal arts seminars, contemplative ecology and nomadic community immersion.
Narrative
The stories we tell about ourselves, others, and the world act as self-fulfilling prophecies. To address parts of the global narrative that are in discord, we require new imaginations to lead to new realities.
Continuing on the rich story-telling heritage of the nomad, we invite artists and creatives of all disciplines to co-create a new future through our work
